Description Decatur Manor, a Specialized Mental Health Rehabilitation Facility (SMHRF), in Decatur, IL, has an Immediate Opening for a Director of Nursing (DON). Must be a Registered Nurse (RN). Salary of up to $100,000 Depending on Qualification and experience in Psych Nursing. Responsibilities

The Director of Nursing will direct staff and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, including physicians and clinicians, to support consumers and their families. Responsibilities also include supervising staff scheduling to ensure uninterrupted service and assisting with interviewing candidates and reviewing admissions.
