The building currently maintains a healthy census and offers specialized services including a ventilator unit and memory care/dementia unit. What You'll Do Provide leadership and oversight for all nursing services and clinical operations Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations Drive quality outcomes and resident satisfaction initiatives Recruit, mentor, and develop nursing staff Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional resident care Monitor clinical systems, infection prevention, documentation, and quality measures Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on resident-centered care Qualifications Current Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license Previous Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and survey process Proven leadership, communication, and team-building skills Commitment to clinical excellence and quality resident outcomes Why Join Us?
