Description Director of Nursing (DON) Cincinnati, OH We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Nursing (DON) to lead the clinical team at a skilled nursing facility in the Cincinnati area. This role is ideal for a strong nursing leader who is passionate about quality care, regulatory excellence, and team development. Position Summary: The Director of Nursing is responsible for the overall management, leadership, and clinical direction of the nursing department, ensuring high-quality resident care and compliance with all state and federal regulations.
