Requirements * MSN or higher * Current Registered Nurse License from the state of CT * Minimum of 3 years' experience as full-time faculty in an accredited or approved nursing education program * Minimum of 3 years related clinical nursing practice experience * Previous supervisory/managerial experience preferred Responsibilities * Focus on students' academic and professional success and work closely with students to provide support and guidance * Ensure the achievement of strong retention, student satisfaction, and professional licensure outcomes * Enforce school and academic policies and procedures * Responsible for recruiting and hiring faculty and administering faculty orientation.
