About the Role The Director of Nursing will provide clinical and operational leadership for the Residential Mental Health Program, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, and patient-centered care. This role oversees daily nursing operations, medication management, and adherence to all regulatory and accreditation standards. The Director of Nursing collaborates closely with Medical, Clinical, and Operations leadership to support staff development and maintain a trauma-informed, recovery-focused treatment environment. Requirements Qualifications of the Director of Nursing: Active and unrestricted RN license required. Minimum of two years of nursing leadership experience in a residential or inpatient mental health setting. Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and support a high-performing clinical team. Strong clinical experience working with individuals with severe and persistent mental health conditions. Compassionate, patient-centered approach with excellent communication and crisis management skills. Proficiency with electronic medical records; KIPU EMR experience strongly preferred. Strong computer literacy and organizational skills. Must be able to successfully pass a Level 2 background screening in accordance with state requirements.
