Drive practice alignments, accountability, and continuous improvement by utilizing data and performancemetrics. Improve clinical outcomes by reducing harm, variation, and preventable adverse events throughstandardized and evidence-based interventions. What You Will Need Licensure / Certification / Registration: Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American HeartAssociation or American Red Cross accepted. Education: Master's degree in nursing required.
