We are hiring a Director of Nursing (RN) - Emergency Services in Florence, Alabama. Requirements • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) REQUIRED • Current Alabama RN license or eligibility for licensure REQUIRED • Minimum of 5 years progressive leadership experience in Emergency Services REQUIRED • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and build effective relationships REQUIRED • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and implement performance improvement initiatives REQUIRED • BLS certification REQUIRED or obtained within defined timeframe • ACLS certification REQUIRED or obtained within defined timeframe • Clean nursing license with no disciplinary issues REQUIRED • Emergency Department leadership experience preferred Heartline Staffing is a Strategic Talent Partner with Purple Cow Recruiting.
