Gazebo Senior Living is now accepting resumes for an experienced Health Services Director to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled individual with excellent customer service, organizational and clinical skills.
The Nursing Director of Health Services is responsible for planning, directing, and evaluating all nursing/personal care functions in the Assisted Living programs in accordance with established philosophy, standards and regulatory requirements.
This position is responsible for recruitment, hiring, orientation, training, scheduling, and management of personnel in the Health Services Department.
The Health Services Director needs to relate effectively with all care staff, families, outside care and medical services for continuity of care; maintain satisfactory relations with other departments; participate in all phases of education, maintenance of records, upgrading of policies and procedures, and advancing the skills of personnel through ongoing training and in-service programs.

The minimum requirements of the position are:

• Registered Nurse (R.N.) with valid Vermont license.
• Bachelor of Science or Arts Degree (preferred)
• Training in CPR and first aid
• Minimum 5 years management or equivalent experience
