Primary Role Responsibilities As the Director of Nursing Services, you are delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out your assigned duties. The primary purpose of your job is to plan, organize, develop, and direct the over-all operations of the Nursing Department in accordance with Federal, State, and local standards, guidelines, regulations that govern our facility; and as maybe directed by the Administrator and Medical Director to ensure the highest degree of quality is maintained at all times. Requirements Required Skills, Education, Licensure, and/or Certifications Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in this State. Must possess a current CPR BLS Certification with in-person skills assessment. Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language. Must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of other individuals in the workplace.
