As Director of Nursing at St. Paul Home – Skilled Nursing, you’ll guide a team that provides exceptional care across short-term rehab, memory care, and long-term living. You’ll collaborate with experienced Nurse Managers and department leaders to ensure the highest clinical standards and regulatory compliance — all while fostering a culture of dignity, respect, and compassion.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Current RN License (Wisconsin)
  • Minimum 5 years of skilled nursing experience preferred
  • At least 2 years in a nursing leadership role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with SNF Regulations, MDS, QA, and Infection Control
  • Willingness to participate in on-call responsibilities

Responsibilities
  • Lead clinical operations for our 105-bed skilled nursing facility
  • Collaborate closely with the Administrator, Nurse Managers, and interdisciplinary team
  • Drive quality outcomes, innovation, and best practices
  • Guide and mentor a dedicated team, including:
  • 2 Nurse Managers – Short-Term Rehab
  • 2 Nurse Managers – Long-Term Care
  • Infection Preventionist & Staff Development Coordinator
  • Director of Medical Records
  • Full-Time Scheduler
  • Champion culture change and person-directed care
  • Maintain compliance with all federal and state regulations
