Roles & Responsibilities: Leading PDC & ICT operations teams at AMIND, focusing on designing the AMIND OPS strategy , building & cultivating high-performing teams through collaborative initiatives and strategic development to enhance efficiency and drive growth. Additionally, it encompasses overseeing recruitment and HR processes to attract and retain top talent, while ensuring effective performance management and professional development across both scopes A. Leadership and Management: ### Manage all activities related to PDC Op. & ICT Dev. at AMIND ### Build and lead a team with high spirit and engagement ### Collaborate and build strong partnerships with AMIND tech, WWOPS, SC teams ### Orchestrate cadences, internal training, and enrichment events to foster collaboration and development ### Staff member in PDC AMIND Management, Global Ops Forum and Ashok's staff. B. Strategic Development: ### Identify and pursue new opportunities for growth and development within AMIND ### Address and resolve bottlenecks in operations to enhance efficiency and productivity ### Promote new projects and expand existing ones to achieve organizational goals ### Represent PDC Ops requirements and suggest strategic collaborations to achieve PDC & ICT goals C .Performance Management: ### Conduct mid-year and yearly performance reviews for team members ### Provide feedback and guidance to support professional growth and development D.
