Are you obsessed with operational excellence and scaling smart? 30 Lines, a fast-growing media and marketing company serving the multifamily industry, is hiring a Director of Operations to help us continue to aggressively scale whale maintaining a strong foundation.
You’ll work directly with the Founder and Leadership Team to turn big-picture strategy into scalable, efficient, and revenue-generating systems. From optimizing workflows and overseeing financial health to leading high-impact initiatives and coaching our leaders — you’ll be the engine room of our growth trajectory.

• Own and optimize our internal operations across tools like Asana, Monday, Gusto, and CRM
• Translate vision into actionable OKRs and long-term planning
• Lead key projects, manage budgets, and hold teams accountable
• Grow and mentor our leadership team while building high-performance culture
