Position Summary: We have partnered with a national organization to support the identification of senior operational leadership talent as the company prepares for continued growth and expansion. This is an executive-level operations role responsible for driving operational excellence, supporting strategic initiatives, and leading cross-functional teams across multiple business units. Essential Function: Provide strategic and operational leadership across departments Partner with executive leadership to implement growth initiatives Oversee operational processes, performance metrics, and continuous improvement Lead, mentor, and develop management-level and senior staff Support organizational scaling, systems optimization, and change management Ensure alignment between operations, finance, and strategic objectives Requirements 8–15+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, management, or administration Experience working in mid-to-large scale organizations Strong executive presence with the ability to influence at all levels Proven success leading teams through growth or transformation Background in operations, logistics, finance, healthcare, manufacturing, or multi-site environments a plus
