Our dedicated team of Direct Support Professionals provides compassionate, personalized assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, cooking nutritious meals, administering medications, and safely transporting residents to medical appointments, community outings, and social events.
Each individual receives a tailored Person-Centered Plan, crafted collaboratively with the resident, their family, healthcare providers, and support coordinators. This empowering plan is designed to respect personal preferences, uphold dignity, and encourage the pursuit of meaningful goals—ensuring every person feels valued, independent, and engaged in their community.
The Director of Human Operations will be a key member of our leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO. This individual will oversee all HR functions at Above Expectations, driving strategic initiatives and fostering a positive organizational culture.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to align Operations strategies with organizational goals
  • Experience leading change management, organizational development, and workforce planning initiatives
  • Proven success in developing and implementing all operations, staffing, residential facilities, and quality assurance strategies
  • Developing team of department managers and other team members through encouraging an environment of communication and coaching
  • Expertise Across Core Operations Functions
  • Understand the Quality Assurance Management plan, analyzing data collected and information discussed during monthly quality incident management meetings, to foster an environment of continuous improvement in services provided
  • Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) of regulations, including changes. Communicate to the Ops and auxiliary teams as the changes occur and recognize/analyze situations to ensure adherence to the regs.
  • Be knowledgeable about current policies and procedures and ensure team members are adhering to policies and procedures
  • Experience with Operations technologies and systems
  • Skilled in designing performance management frameworks and employee engagement programs

  • While a a master’s degree is preferred, a bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field will be considered
