As a key member of our senior leadership, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our company's day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and alignment with our strategic goals. Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and improve performance Oversee multiple departments, including production, logistics, and customer service, ensuring seamless coordination and efficiency Collaborate with other executives to set and achieve company-wide objectives Analyze operational and financial data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions Manage budgets, control expenses, and optimize resource allocation across front office, food & beverage and housekeeping departments Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, as well as company policies and procedures Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of managers and staff Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices across the organization Oversee quality control measures and maintain high standards of product or service delivery Manage risk assessment and implement strategies to mitigate potential operational risks Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in operations management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing operational strategies Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making Proficiency in project management and process improvement methodologies Advanced knowledge of operational management software and systems Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English Demonstrated experience in budget management and financial forecasting In-depth understanding of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements Knowledge of UAE business practices and regulations is highly desirable Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment Strong strategic planning and execution skills Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
