KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Multi site animal care operations and standards • Leadership, people development, and accountability • Conflict resolution and culture enforcement • Metrics, execution, and continuous improvement • Partnership with the President and working extensively with leadership DECISION AUTHORITY Authority over daily operations, people leadership, conflict resolution, and animal care standards with escalation required only for termination, compensation, or budget changes.
