Hours: Monday - Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM
Compensation: $85,000 a year

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• 6 months of experience in a similar capacity.
• Must be onsite in the Las Vegas office.
• English Fluent, both written and verbal.
• Types 35 words per minute.
• High level of work ethic, professionalism, punctuality, and reliability.
• Proficient in using computers, software, and other relevant tools. (Logics, RingCentra, Tamer and YTEL)
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and processes.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Meticulous attention to detail, and accuracy while multitasking.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Stays current with industry trends and advancement.
• Effective at time-management and organizational skills.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Operations to lead and optimize the overall performance of our tax resolution call center. This role will be responsible for shaping operational strategy, overseeing large-scale processes, and driving efficiency across all departments. The Director of Operations will play a critical role in aligning resources, technology, and people to support business growth, client satisfaction, and long-term scalability.
As part of the leadership team, the Director of Operations will partner closely with executives and department heads to set priorities, measure outcomes, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement operational strategies that align with company objectives and support revenue growth.
• Oversee the performance of multiple departments, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and high-quality client service.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
• Partner with sales, compliance, HR, and technology teams to optimize collaboration and execution.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and reporting systems to measure operational success.
• Oversee workforce planning, resource allocation, and capacity management to ensure scalability.
• Identify and implement new technologies, tools, and systems that support operational excellence.
• Build, mentor, and develop a strong leadership pipeline within the operations team.
• Report directly to executive leadership on operational performance and strategic recommendations.
