  Voodoo Doughnut is experiencing exciting growth and searching for a dynamic and inspiring Director of Operations and Supply Chain to lead, mentor, and develop our District and Restaurant Management teams. Reporting to the CEO and as a contributing member of the Leadership Team, this position will develop and implement strategies that drive sales growth, enhance the overall guest experience, and mentor our field operators. The role will oversee all store locations and will lead our expansion plans in new and existing markets. The position is fully on-site, based in Portland, Oregon, and will require travel to locations across the US.  Essential Duties: * Develop and execute operational strategies that drive top-line sales growth, profitability, and long-term scalability * Lead and direct District Managers, ensuring operational goals are met and exceptional guest experiences are delivered * Manage and direct the Supply Chain Manager, ensuring steady sourcing, procurement, distribution and logistics * Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and consistency across all locations * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute strategies that drive sales growth and profitability  * Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators and financial metrics to ensure each location operates within budget * Provide regular feedback and coaching to the district management team for goal achievement * Create comprehensive status updates and presentations to senior management and the Board of Directors * Work with the CEO and CFO to develop and manage the annual operating budget * Manage the development and execution of new and existing market store openings * Provide strategic guidance on local store marketing initiatives to support sales growth * Regularly conduct site visits to ensure operational standards are met * Collaborate with HR to create and implement training and development programs for team members * Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and high-quality products for the brand * Stay aware of, and up to date on, competition and industry trends and best practices; and provide insights to the executive team on new opportunities to improve operations and drive growth Required Skills and Responsibilities: * Operational leadership building scalable systems, driving multi-unit performance, and delivering consistent execution across all locations * Record of driving sales growth and improving profitability * Strong analytical and financial acumen, including budget ownership and KPI management * Leadership that inspires and develops high-performing teams through accountability, engagement, and continuous growth * Ability to build morale and cultivate an industry-leading guest service culture * Experience managing geographically dispersed stores across the U.S. * Skilled in performance management, talent development, recruitment, retention and incentive program oversight * Strategic planning and disciplined execution capabilities * Exceptional organizational, communication and detail-orientation skills Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or related field; or equivalent experience * 8+ years of experience in restaurant operations management, with a focus on multi-unit, multi-state management and oversight of District Managers
