What You’ll Do Oversee daily operations including scheduling, client care, caregiver coordination, and office management. Supervise recruitment and onboarding of caregivers to ensure coverage and service quality. Serve as primary client care contact — conduct check-ins, resolve issues, and maintain satisfaction. Manage referral relationships with hospitals, senior centers, and local partners. Support marketing efforts through community engagement, social updates, and lead tracking. Monitor financial metrics (billable hours, utilization, margin targets) and collaborate with ownership to hit growth goals. Lead team meetings, manage performance, and maintain a positive culture of accountability. What You Bring 3+ years of leadership experience in home care, healthcare, or service-based business management. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, thrives in fast-moving environments. Ability to lead and motivate staff with professionalism and empathy. Tech-savvy: comfortable using scheduling, payroll, and CRM software (AxisCare experience a plus). Excellent written and verbal communication; dependable, detail-oriented, and mission-driven.
