OBJECTIVE
The Director of Operations will be responsible for warehouse and facilities management including the
possibility of setting up new locations and/or relocations for a specific region.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of operations management experience within distribution, warehousing, or logistics.
Dynamic leader who can inspire a multi-location, geographically dispersed team of managers and
associates.
Solid process improvement competency.
Ability to analyze complex data and reports.
Ability to manage multiple priorities.
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Exceptional communication skills.
Solid business acumen and understanding of financial statements (P&L and balance sheet).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to develop and mentor others.

Oversees recurring or daily functions or processes necessary for business execution and
