We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Operations / CDR to manage the daily operations of our Florida and Kentucky warehouse locations. This role combines operational leadership with oversight of customer data management (CDR). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse operations, CDR, order fulfillment, client onboarding, and customer service. The Director will focus on improving efficiency, leading teams, and ensuring data accuracy across operations.

• Flexibility to work occasional late hours to meet operational needs.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
• 5-7 years of operations management experience, including significant experience as a CDR.

  Pay: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
