Description

Essential Job Functions * Directs site operations to ensure that the operations staff executes service agreements at, or above the client's standards. * Maximize profitability through superior client service, effective and prompt communications and follow-up on all pending matters with the client. * Plan and monitor daily staffing schedules, and adjusts accordingly to ensure adequate staffing levels that support operational demands and business objectives. * Manage revenue and expenses to budget constraints. * Responsible to train, develop and motivate employees to peak performance and growth in their knowledge and responsibilities * Ability to manage the financial aspects of the department (purchasing, budget preparation and review, financial reporting and monitoring expenses). * Other duties as assigned Other Skills & Abilities * Computer Literate * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web based and job specific software applications Physical Requirements * Talking, hearing and using hands to operate a computer keyboard, mouse and other computer components * Sitting for extended periods of time * Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus * Walking within the warehouse and inspecting freight * Job will require presence on-site at the assigned work location Education & Experience * High school diploma or GED Required * Bachelor’s degree preferred * Minimum ten years industry-related experience required * Minimum five years supervisory experience required CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES * Professional certification may be required in some areas WHY SHOULD YOU WORK FOR CRANE?
