Now, we’re looking for a sharp, people-first, systems-minded Operations Manager to keep this ship running smoothly and scaling smart. This role is the heartbeat of the business; a steady, organized leader who thrives in the details and keeps the wheels turning behind the scenes.
You won’t be managing transactions or creating marketing graphics, but you will support both by ensuring that every system is humming, every team member is equipped, and every moving part is connected.

DELIVER AMAZING CLIENT EXPERIENCES

• Partner with Marketing to plan and execute client appreciation events and community outreach.
• Help with client gifting programs, home anniversary/birthday touches, and referral rewards.
• Take the lead on VIP gift deliveries, mailers, contest logistics, and event coordination.
• Occasionally support with travel bookings, decorating birthdays, or setting up events—yes, even the cake.
