We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Operations to lead and optimize the performance of multiple licensed home care locations.
This executive-level role demands strategic leadership, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and a strong focus on quality care across diverse service areas.

REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or related field

Experience:

• 5–10 years in leadership roles within home care or healthcare operations.
• Proven track record in managing multi-site operations, budgets, and P&L.
• Private pay experience a plus

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $180,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
