The Director of Operations will oversee clinical forms processing, ensuring high accuracy, timely delivery, and compliance with regulatory standards. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership to implement strategic initiatives, scale operations, and maintain KPIs across multiple teams. The position balances operational management with strategic planning to support both efficiency and growth. \n Accountabilities: Lead end-to-end clinical forms processing, ensuring timely turnaround and high-quality outputs. Maintain operational KPIs, including 95% of forms completed within 48 hours and 99% accuracy. Implement workflow automation and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency. Develop patient-centric processes to enhance experience, transparency, and satisfaction. Ensure 100% compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards, conducting audits and corrective actions as needed. Mentor, train, and motivate team members to achieve departmental and organizational goals. Collaborate with senior leadership to identify strategic process improvements and scale operations effectively. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (preferred). 5+ years of healthcare operations experience, with proven expertise in clinical documentation and process management. Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation abilities. Demonstrated experience in achieving operational KPIs and driving continuous improvement. Ability to motivate and lead teams, foster engagement, and manage performance under tight deadlines.
