We are proud to be setting the pace for the future of the nail industry. Position Overview: You will have full ownership of our Fulfillment, Quality Control, and Customer Happiness teams. You will help build out on-site manufacturing capacity for our next generation of products, which we believe will be the biggest development in nails since the invention of acrylic nails in the 1950s. You will have full ownership of identifying bottlenecks and overhauling processes to support our growth. You will lead your teams with confidence as we bring these industry-defining products to market. Responsibilities: Fulfillment Team Quality Control Team Customer Happiness Team Support roll-out of on-site manufacturing of our next generation of products Capacity planning and budget management Process improvement development and deployment Optimizing warehouse layout and product flow Shipping vendors Defect standards Customer NPS Basic Qualifications: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Must be at least 18 years of age Must have a valid driver’s license Must be authorized to work in the United States Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division) Ability to stand for extended periods of time Ability to move over, under, and around shelves and other objects Full use of hands and fingers to perform tasks Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, and/or holidays Who we are looking for: Experience managing high volume operations Strong attention to detail Highly organized Excited to get things done, in a fast-paced environment Interested in learning new skills Ability to problem solve and prioritize tasks to ensure efficiency The interview process will consist of the following stages: Culture Questionnaire Phone Interview In-Person Interview We pride ourselves on the quality of our team and as such, candidates who receive a job offer will be required to successfully pass a job-related hair drug/toxins test and a background check consistent with state law.
