Responsible for overall performance of operations to include quality assurance, customer satisfaction, personnel, and inventory. Salary: $130K-150K annually Essential Job Duties Responsible for overseeing all facets of the business operations, including developing and implementing a high-level strategic plan and driving key initiatives. Executes operating plans and tactics to attain short- and long-term financial and mission-critical operational goals. Implements operational policies, objectives, and initiatives. Monitors financial and operational metrics to measure achievement of organizational objectives. Comply with all safety standards and requirements to ensure a safe and hazard-free workplace. Assume other duties as assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities Manage the work of others, including planning, assigning, scheduling and reviewing work, ensuring quality standards. Responsible for hiring, terminating, training and developing, reviewing performance and administering corrective action for staff. Lead and develop a team of 5–10 leaders, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance. Minimum Requirements Education & Experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Knowledge expert; typically 7+ years in specialized profession or equivalent including 4+ years management experience; degree required; advanced degree and professional certification preferred. Experience performing warehouse modeling and analysis. Preferred Requirements Master's degree Advanced degree and professional certification. Lean Six Sigma Training or experience. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Drive process improvement initiatives by identifying operational gaps, implementing efficiencies, and standardizing best practices across functions. Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, ensuring clarity, transparency, and alignment with strategic goals. Coach, mentor, and inspire team members through strong leadership, feedback, and professional development support. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole statistical inference, and forecasting. Ability to apply and analyze concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. Frequent use of Outlook, Word, Excel, graphics, etc. Ability to create, maintain and incorporate functions into Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, databases, and PowerPoint presentations to support business objectives. Frequently communicates complex information across departments and interacts with management. Can present, resolve and address delicate situations. Can motivate and persuade others. Problems are varied and complex, requiring analysis or interpretation of the situation. Problems are solved using knowledge and skills, general precedents and practices. Decisions impact the management and operations within a department or business unit. May contribute to business and operational decisions that affect the department. Provides and sets goals and priorities for functional areas. May make recommendations for department policies, practices, and programs. Makes decisions for and/or resolves problems for others. Prioritize, organize, and oversee tasks and projects: responsible for outcomes. Essential Physical Demands/Work Environment Work is primarily sedentary: must be able to sit for extended periods and use a computer, keyboard, and mouse, frequently. Travel may be required periodically, including overnight stays (contingent on position requirements). Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
