As Director of Operations (m/f/d), you will be the first point of contact in our hotel for our operational departments, supporting them with your expertise and modern management style in all matters and concerns of our guests in day-to-day operations. In doing so, you will not only create a guest-oriented atmosphere, but also ensure compliance with standards in your role. As the deputy to our General Manager, you will work with the management team to define the operational strategy of the hotel and support its implementation.
