OVERVIEW

The Director of Operations will oversee day-to-day field operations, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with manufacturer guidelines. This role is pivotal in building scalable processes, developing subcontractor relationships, and driving continuous improvement across our Florida and Tennessee markets.
Director of Operations Responsibilities:

COMPENSATION

• Base Salary $78,000 with bonus (bonus potential additional $75,000)
