DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

We’re a fast-growing start-up eCommerce company seeking a Director of Operations with an entrepreneurial mindset to lead our operations, customer care, and Amazon business. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll have the opportunity to build systems, optimize workflows, and directly impact the growth of our business.

• Lead and mentor a remote customer care team of 7, handling escalations and driving proactive problem-solving.
• Oversee warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, storage, and fulfillment (must be comfortable lifting up to 70 lbs).
• Manage inventory control and optimize integrations across sales, shipping, and inventory platforms.
• Own and grow our Amazon Seller Central/Vendor Central account—listings, pricing, promotions, and advertising.
• Develop efficient reorder and logistics systems using data analysis to forecast demand and increase profitability.
• Collaborate with marketing, accounting, and sales to ensure smooth, scalable operations.
• Bring start-up energy—build, improve, and innovate operational processes as the company grows.
