Requirements:
Previous AGM and/or Director of Ops experience is what we are looking for. In this role, you will lead all operational managers (for example: Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B) to success on daily, weekly, monthly and annual action plans related to property strategic plan. Act as General Manager in his/her absence when necessary.
