This key leadership role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, with a particular focus on rooms management, to ensure exceptional guest experiences and optimal financial performance. Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize operational efficiency and profitability across all departments, with a focus on rooms division Lead and mentor a diverse team of managers and staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures Drive revenue management strategies to optimize room rates and occupancy Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards, local regulations, and company policies Collaborate with other department heads to enhance overall guest satisfaction and loyalty Implement and maintain quality control systems to uphold service standards Analyze performance metrics and guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations to maintain a competitive edge in the market Represent the hotel in community events and industry forums to enhance its reputation and build strategic partnerships Qualifications Proven track record in hotel operations management, with extensive experience in rooms division Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams Strong financial acumen, including experience in budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities In-depth knowledge of hotel operations, particularly in rooms division Proficiency in hotel management software and systems Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Fluency in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus Understanding of Saudi Arabian hospitality market and cultural norms Must be a Saudi National
