Job Title: Director of Operations

Reports to: Sr. Director Operations
PCI is focused on providing industry leading customer service to grow market share in the pharmaceutical contract packaging industry. Providing an excellent customer experience is critical to the success of the business. Key to creating this experience is reliably and safely providing high quality products when the customer needs it at a competitive cost. Effective operating performance, a drive towards continuous improvement, and strong processes at the Philadelphia Site and throughout the supply chain is critical to PCI’s longevity and competitiveness.
This position is accountable for leading the operating team in achieving industry leading performance and creating a continuous improvement culture focused on driving/delivering improvements in safety, quality, customer experience, and cost. Reporting into this position are Operations, Maintenance, and dotted line responsibility of Engineers. This position will collaborate with the other Operation Leaders and cross functionally to deliver overall site goals, implement improved systems/processes, and develop site capability to support growth. Critical to success will be fully engaging the entire work force (managers to packers) in making improvements, maintaining regulatory compliance, and assuring an excellent customer experience while supporting fast growth.
