DIRECTOR OF PRIMARY, URGENT CARE & RHEUMATOLOGY OPERATIONS
TMH Physician Partners is seeking a Director of Operations to lead our network of practices across Tallahassee, Panama City, and the Big Bend region. This key leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, improving access, enhancing quality, and supporting the growth of our Primary, Urgent Care and Rheumatology service lines. This leader will also work in partnership with our Family and Internal Medicine Residency programs, supporting operational elements of our clinical training environments that develop the next generation of physicians and reinforce our commitment to academic excellence
The Director develops and leads a team of Practice Leaders, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Closely collaborates with providers, system stakeholders, and fellow Directors across other specialties to ensure coordinated, system-level performance.
