The Director of Operations is responsible for overseeing personnel and daily operations for a growing multi-office professional services firm that offers excellent benefits and work life balance. You will also have the option to work remotely up to 3 days/week!

How you will make an impact

• Educate employees such that they follow all policies and procedures
• Strategic oversight and process improvements
• Implement business strategies
• Oversee all administrative staff
• Work directly with multiple Partners
• Participate in interdepartmental meetings with other managers and develop collaborative relationships

BS Degree
8+ years in a Senior Operations role, must have managed a staff
Experience in professional services related industry
Experience creating and implementing business strategies
