ABOUT THE ROLE

The Director of Operations at Roma Moulding is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the daily operations of all four of our distribution centers, as well as managing the supply chain. This role will have you working closely with the CEO to ensure our operations run smoothly, efficiently, and strategically. You will lead and mentor our DC leaders, implement process improvements, and ensure that all areas of operations are aligned with company goals.
Your role will focus on everything from managing budgets and streamlining processes to supporting quality initiatives and driving continuous improvement. You will need to be a proactive, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to meeting both short-term goals and long-term business objectives.
