We are on a bold growth trajectory, scaling from our flagship London, Ontario location into multiple high-performance offices. To do that, we need a Director of Operations who will own the day-to-day execution, build bulletproof systems, and help create a culture that attracts A-players and delivers a world-class patient experience.

This is a builder’s role. You’ll be the right hand to the CEO Dr. Sep, translating vision into daily execution, ensuring every system is dialed in, every department is accountable, and the entire practice runs like a well-oiled machine.

You will:

• Build and refine systems across all departments (clinical, admin, finance etc).
• Lead, coach, and hold the team accountable to high standards of performance.
• Manage KPIs and reporting, spotting bottlenecks and implementing solutions fast.
• Streamline workflows to maximize efficiency without sacrificing quality of care.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and training to ensure every new team member is an A-player fit.
• Implement Systems that prepare us for multi-location expansion.
• Act as the bridge between vision and execution, ensuring clarity, alignment, and momentum.
