Role Overview We are looking for a highly operational, business-minded leader to act as a central coordination point across the company. This role exists to drive alignment, execution, and operational clarity across all teams, ensuring that business priorities are translated into action and delivered effectively. You will work closely with the Owner to understand strategic priorities and ensure they are clearly communicated, coordinated, and executed across departments including Payments, Marketing, Tech, Product and Operations. Key Responsibilities Business Coordination & Execution Act as the central point of coordination across all departments Translate business priorities into clear actions, timelines, and ownership Ensure alignment between teams and eliminate silos or conflicting priorities Track progress on key initiatives and ensure follow-through Facilitate decision-making Operational Oversight Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and blockers across the business Drive improvements in workflows, communication, and execution Introduce structure where needed without overcomplicating processes Ensure the business operates smoothly on a day-to-day basis Strategic Support Act as a thought partner to the Owner on operational and business topics Provide visibility on risks, bottlenecks, and performance gaps Help prioritize initiatives based on impact and feasibility Payments & Operational Efficiency Collaborate closely with Payments to strengthen processes, reliability, and performance Support ongoing improvements in payment flows, providers, and operational setup Ensure payments-related initiatives are aligned with broader business goals Special Projects Lead the rollout of Return-to-Office strategy (locations, structure, guidelines) Drive cross-functional operational projects as required by leadership Take ownership of high-impact, business-critical initiatives Requirements Experience Strong experience in B2C environments (iGaming / Casino / Sportsbook preferred) Proven track record in operations, business coordination, or general management roles Experience working closely with senior leadership or founders Exposure to payments, fintech, or transaction-heavy businesses is a strong advantage Skills Exceptional ability to structure chaos and drive execution Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills High level of ownership and accountability Ability to balance big picture thinking with hands-on execution Clear communicator with strong business judgment Profile We’re Looking For Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-changing environments Pragmatic, solution-oriented, and not afraid to challenge Able to build trust quickly across teams Focused on outcomes Success in This Role Looks Like Clear alignment across teams on priorities and execution Reduced operational friction and faster decision-making Improved visibility on business performance and risks Key initiatives delivered on time and with impact Owner has confidence that the business is under control About sixvalues Our vision is to elevate the mood of people everywhere, making every interaction more engaging, rewarding, and memorable.
