Location: South Windsor, CT, USA (Onsite) Employment Type: Full-time Language: English Role Overview We are hiring an experienced Director of Operations for one of our client to lead multiple managers and operational departments at our South Windsor, CT facility. This onsite leadership role focuses heavily on operational execution, production performance, vendor management, supply chain coordination, talent development, and process optimization through LEAN principles. You will drive operational excellence, ensure on-time delivery, and create a high-performance environment across all teams. What You’ll Do Oversee daily operations for multiple production departments. Ensure quality, safety, customer needs, and on-time delivery targets are met. Set department and individual goals using a LEAN approach. Maintain strong relationships with customers and internal business units. Manage budgets, forecasting, and unit cost performance. Develop managers and team members through coaching and continuous learning. Attract, retain, and grow talent across departments. Facilitate training, mentoring, and upskilling programs. Support production planning, scheduling, vendor management, and supply chain activities.
