As a Director of Operations to our 3PL team you will direct and motivate a high-performing operations team tasked with managing and developing a 700,000+ sq ft multi-client facility. You will identify opportunities to drive cost savings and provide guidance on execution and priority and assist in setting the department’s strategic direction. The Director of Operations understands how the details add up to achieving strategic success and provides line of sight on achieving the team’s long-term priorities.
