Responsible for ensuring operational excellence and developing a pipeline of talent. S/he will lead a team including several Managers and corresponding restaurant GMs in providing exemplary guest service experience and bottom-line profitability results expected.
Specifically, s/he will be responsible for:
· Delivering the annual operating and growth plans and meeting or exceeding annual plan EBITDA target
· Providing operations point of view as a key member of the operations leadership team
· Ensuring operations is fully staffed with top performers and providing strong, consistent, and positive
leadership by selecting, training, and developing an operational pipeline to support the organization’s growth
· Ensuring operational alignment with any brand/marketing plans
· Supporting company operations leaders to successfully open and operate new and existing restaurants
· Providing “subject matter expert” input relative to new systems, structures, and processes
· Working collaboratively with IT and Training teams to leverage technology through existing Aloha POS
platform
· Ensure crew, GMs and DMs have the skills required for success and growth in the organization
· Working collaboratively with Global Operations Services in testing, rolling out and implementing any and all new 4 wall initiatives – process, equipment, menu or technology related
· Championing New Restaurant Openings, building the Wingstop culture success through approval, orientation, training, and communication
· Ensuring consistent delivery of product quality, service, and food safety standards across all restaurants
· Working collaboratively with Marketing to leverage social media platforms with both customers and team members
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
