You’ll ensure regulatory excellence while driving meaningful improvements in participant care and organizational performance. Leadership & Program Development Serve as a key member of the PACE Leadership Team Lead development of policies, procedures, and operational infrastructure for program readiness and expansion Represent the organization in quality and compliance matters with CMS and the National PACE Association Support cross-functional leadership, including providing backup support to the PACE Center Director Quality Improvement & Performance Excellence Oversee all aspects of the PACE Quality Program, including data collection, analysis, and reporting Develop and monitor quality indicators to improve participant outcomes Lead Quality Improvement Committee (QIC) and related subcommittees Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective action plans Manage participant satisfaction initiatives and survey processes Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to drive continuous improvement Compliance & Regulatory Oversight Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, including CMS and Illinois HFS requirements Lead audit preparation, execution, and follow-up activities Oversee incident reporting, grievance processes, and compliance investigations Partner with Compliance leadership to implement and monitor the PACE Compliance Program Maintain oversight of HIPAA training, risk assessments, and fraud, waste, and abuse (FWA) prevention Data, Reporting & Training Analyze trends and translate data into actionable insights Prepare reports and presentations for leadership and Board review Develop and deliver staff training on quality, compliance, and regulatory standards Foster a culture of compliance, accountability, and continuous learning Requirements What We’re Looking For Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills Deep understanding of healthcare quality improvement and compliance frameworks Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Experience working collaboratively across interdisciplinary teams High level of integrity and commitment to ethical standards Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or related field Minimum 5 years of healthcare experience required At least 3 years of experience in quality and/or compliance Prior leadership or management experience preferred Experience with PACE programs or elderly populations preferred Knowledge of HIPAA, CMS regulations, and healthcare compliance standards strongly preferred Certification in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) preferred What You Get in Return A leadership role with direct impact on care quality and organizational success The opportunity to shape and grow a high-impact PACE program A supportive, mission-driven environment focused on serving vulnerable populations Professional growth and development opportunities Ready to Join Our Team?
