Summary: The Director of Packaging, Innovation, and Industrialization will play a pivotal role in driving the strategy and execution across three critical areas: Packaging Development, Packaging Innovation, and Manufacturing. Reporting directly to the VP Development & Operations, you will oversee the seamless integration of technical expertise, innovative thinking, and operational excellence to deliver sustainable, high-quality, and advanced packaging solutions. This leadership role will require a balance of strategic vision, technical expertise, and the ability to inspire cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in packaging development, manufacturing, or a related field in the cosmetics or beauty industry.
• Proven expertise in packaging materials, manufacturing processes, and CAD/3D design tools.
• Strong leadership and people management experience, with a track record of building and inspiring high-performing teams.
• Deep understanding of industrialization practices, including production scaling and process validation.
• Deep knowledge of sustainability practices and emerging technologies in packaging.
• Experience in managing global operations and understanding regional regulatory requirements.
• Exceptional project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Soft skills: adaptability, curiosity, team player, confidence, enthusiasm, interpersonal skills.
