Salary: $105,000 - $115,000

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Director of Packaging Innovation & Strategy will serve as the strategic and creative lead for the development and execution of packaging initiatives across the company’s global accessories portfolio. This role is responsible for defining a cohesive packaging vision that aligns with brand values, elevates the consumer experience, and supports commercial objectives across retail and e-commerce channels.
This is not a hands-on design role. The Director will oversee a high-performing team of designers and collaborate cross-functionally with merchandising, sales, marketing, and sustainability teams. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in packaging within the fashion or consumer goods sector, demonstrating a balance of creative leadership, operational oversight, and strategic planning.

EDUCATION/LICENSE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Required: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent degree/experience

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of experience managing and mentoring high-performing creative or packaging teams, with a focus on innovation, accountability, and professional growth.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic packaging visions that elevate brand identity, enhance customer experience, and support commercial objectives across retail and e-commerce.
  • Strong expertise in materials, production process and sustainability best practices.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, 3D modeling, and AI skills.
