We are increasing ad spend, opening markets, and building a performance-driven acquisition engine. We are hiring a Director of Paid Acquisition. If you have not directly managed significant Meta and Google ad budgets and driven measurable lead volume at scale, this role is not for you. What You Will Own • Full paid acquisition strategy across Meta and Google • $50,000+ monthly ad spend (scaling rapidly) • Campaign build-out, testing, scaling, and optimization • Audience segmentation and retargeting strategy • Creative testing velocity and rotation strategy • Pixel setup, event tracking, attribution accuracy • CRM integration and lead source accountability • Weekly executive reporting tied directly to revenue You will control lead generation performance across multiple markets. What We Expect • 5+ years managing paid media with direct budget responsibility • Proven success generating high-volume leads in home services or other high-ticket industries • Deep understanding of CPL, lead issue %, set rate, and ROAS • Expert-level knowledge of Meta Business Manager and Google Ads • Strong analytical decision-making • High urgency and full ownership mentality How You’re Measured • Cost Per Lead • Lead Quality • Set Rate • Return on Ad Spend • Speed of optimization and scaling This is a revenue-producing leadership role, not a branding role. Compensation Structure Base Salary: $70,000 – $100,000 (based on experience) Quarterly Performance Bonuses tied directly to: • CPL targets • Lead volume growth • Set rate improvement • Revenue contribution • ROAS benchmarks Top performers will have long term leadership growth opportunities as we scale into new markets.
