Overview The Director of Parts & Logistics leads operational processes and teams across fifteen branches in South Carolina. Continuous exposure to learning and new technologies Opportunities for advancement Responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Promote the vision, mission, and values of Blanchard Machinery Company while fostering a safe, positive work environment. Drive improvements in process efficiency, order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, automation, eCommerce growth, and employee development. Develop dashboards and reports to monitor performance and collaborate with OEM partners. Forecast and manage inventory for machine, power generation, on-highway truck, and rental divisions; ensure compliance with cycle counts, audits, and returns. Lead inventory teams to maintain branch stock levels, manage backorders, and oversee daily/nightly distribution. Collaborate with Parts Process Manager, Product Support Sales Director, Marketing, and OEMs to achieve revenue growth targets. Partner with service departments and branch leaders to support service growth through effective parts planning, delivery, and returns. Implement customer satisfaction initiatives for continuous improvement. Work with IT and project management teams to deploy a new warehouse management and order tracking system. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.5+ years in parts operations and logistics management (10 years preferred). Competitively Urgent and Creative. Proven track record of delivering sustainable improvements. Proficient in DBS and Microsoft systems. Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills. Ability to influence direct and indirect team members effectively. Professional interpersonal skills; bilingual ability is an asset. Adaptable to changing priorities, able to meet deadlines under pressure. Able to meet company driver policy requirements. Working Conditions: Primarily indoor work; occasional exposure to non-climate-controlled environments and outdoors. Requires physical presence at designated worksites. Involves standing, stooping, squatting, pushing, pulling, twisting, lifting. Requires visual and written communication skills. Regular use of computers and technology.
