The Role We are looking for a Director of Partnerships to build and scale Freebird’s creator and affiliate ecosystem across all major platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, podcasts). You will drive measurable revenue growth, expand brand reach, and position Freebird as a category leader in creator commerce. This is a high impact, strategic role that blends growth marketing, partnerships, and execution. You will be responsible for creating scalable systems, owning TikTok Shop P&L, and driving ROI driven creator collaborations, while working cross functionally with Creative, Product, and Marketing to deliver seamless campaigns. What You Will Do Scale Creator Partnerships Build and launch a multi tiered creator program (tiering, rate cards, test plans) Secure and activate 50+ high impact creators across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and podcasts Expand Affiliate and Social Commerce Program Build and launch a publisher + influencer affiliate program with tiered commission structures Drive at least 20% of total partnership revenue through affiliate channels within 12 months Fully own TikTok Shop P&L (assortment, pricing, promos, seeding, livestreams, reviews) Achieve channel level profitability within payback window (CPA, iROAS, MER) Build and activate a network of 200+ TikTok Shop affiliates/creators within 12 months Revenue & ROI Targets Hit partnership revenue targets set with Growth leadership Maintain detailed partner scorecards (CPC, CTR, CVR, AOV, refund rate, LTV) Deliver a meaningful share of Freebird new customer growth via partnerships Systems & Processes Implement scalable workflows and tools to manage 200–300 active creators with fewer than 2 FTEs Ensure brand safety, FTC compliance, whitelisting/spark ad rights, and licensing enforcement with zero violations Cross Functional Integration Collaborate with Creative, Product, and Marketing on briefing, content review, and campaign launches Ensure at least 90% of partnership campaigns launch on time and align with brand messaging Strategic & Analytical: Defines revenue driven strategies, sets channel level targets, and is fluent in performance marketing KPIs Executional Excellence: Proven ability to scale programs from 0 to 1; detail oriented in compliance and contracts Negotiation & Influence: Skilled at sourcing, closing, and managing deals with creators, agencies, and platforms Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, podcasts, affiliate networks, and tracking platforms Entrepreneurial Mindset: Scrappy, resourceful, thrives in high growth and ambiguous environments Relationship Builder: Established network of creator and agency relationships; trusted external partner Leadership & Collaboration: Works cross functionally and can eventually build and manage a small team Why Freebird Be part of a rocketship brand in growth mode with massive untapped opportunity Own a critical growth channel with full executive support and budget Work with a world class growth, product, and creative team that moves fast and executes at a high level Shape the future of how creators drive commerce and build a first of its kind engine Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary + performance based bonuses Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Unlimited PTO & flexible work hours Fully remote team
