Description
Millennium Hotels & Resorts is seeking a commercially driven Director of Partnerships to lead strategic alliances across the Middle East and Africa region. In this role, you will identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships that drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, brand visibility, and long-term business value. You will work closely with airlines, loyalty programs, financial institutions, tourism boards, OTAs, technology providers, corporate partners, and other key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the regional partnerships strategy in line with business objectives. Identify, negotiate, and secure strategic partnerships across airlines, loyalty programs, financial institutions, tourism boards, technology providers, OTAs, retail, and lifestyle brands. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and key industry stakeholders. Lead commercial negotiations, partnership agreements, and joint business planning activities. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, Digital, Distribution, and Loyalty teams to maximize partnership value. Drive joint marketing campaigns, customer acquisition initiatives, and revenue-generating collaborations. Explore new ancillary revenue opportunities and alternative distribution channels. Monitor partnership performance and ensure delivery of agreed KPIs and ROI. Represent Millennium Hotels & Resorts at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in partnerships, business development, hospitality, travel, or commercial leadership roles. Proven track record of developing and managing successful strategic partnerships. Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and revenue-generation experience. Experience working with international brands and regional stakeholders. Established network within the hospitality, travel, aviation, tourism, or loyalty sectors is highly desirable.
