WLC Management Firm, LLC in Harrisburg, IL, is in search of a Director of Payroll Services for our home office in Harrisburg, IL. We own/operate skilled nursing facilities, supportive living facilities and assisted living facilities throughout Southern Illinois.
We are restructuring our Payroll Department due to our company growth, and this provides an opportunity for the right candidate. Responsibilities would include coordinating and completion of payroll services in conjunction with Payroll Specialist and Benefits Coordinator. Ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in payroll accounting, processing, taxes, and benefits. Prior Experience is a must, and extensive knowledge of Paycom, or other comparable payroll systems is a plus!
The position requires an individual who is focused and detail oriented. le working with and directing staff in payroll processes. Microsoft Office knowledge of Word and Excel is required.
Wage is negotiable and will be determined based on level of knowledge and experience.
