Job Title: Director of People and Communications / Permanent
Hours: 37 hours per week – to be worked flexibly, in line with business needs
Salary: £85,680 per annum, plus 6% car user allowance
Location: Based at Gadbrook Park, Northwich.

The Opportunity
Weaver Vale Housing Trust is looking for a driven, diligent, and exceptional Director of People and Communications who is highly experienced in strategic leadership positions relating to People and Communication functions.
What Will You Do?
As Director of People and Communications, you will lead and shape the full breadth of the Trust’s People and Communication functions, with a hands-on approach that translates strategic goals into meaningful results. You will drive cultural transformation, support business-wide change, and lead critical people initiatives that underpin our ambition to be a top-tier employer and a trusted housing provider.
Minimum Requirements For This Role*
Due to the nature of the role, a full current driving license and access to a car is essential. The role will also require the successful candidate to undergo a DBS check.

Additionally, due to the flexible working arrangements with this role, you will need access to a room where you can work from and a suitable internet connection.
